Dylan Crain Robertson’s design/build team of designers and craftsmen, which has worked as a unit for well over a decade, has set up shop in a distinctive Willow Street sanctuary- two old Austin houses retrofitted as a three dimensional portfolio piece and D-CRAIN headquarters.

D-CRAIN’s thoughtful approach to modern, outdoor living has been years in the making- an outgrowth of over 15 years of hands in the soil.  Dylan has been designing unforgettable spaces from his East Austin studio since 1994. In 2008, D-CRAIN was established as a well-oiled machine, tirelessly pursuing harmony between the structure and the landscape, leaving no stone unturned.

Collectively, the team leverages experience in architecture, ecology, philosophy and highly skilled building trades to inform and approach that is both organically nimble and elegantly minimal.
